Bruckner, 87, was last seen at 111 Isabelle St. near the intersection of Malvern Ave. and Cones Rd. Monday at 7:30 a.m. Bruckner is described as a white female, standing at 5 feet 5 inches tall with straight, grey hair to her neck. Her eyes are brown, and she has a medium complexion. Police say Bruckner is armed with a shotgun and possibly has dementia. She was last seen driving a white 2009 Honda Fit with license plate number AR 539 PPG. A plate on the front of her car reads “ORR Honda.” If you have any information on the whereabouts of Bruckner, please contact the Hot Springs Police Department at (501) 321-6789. Hot Springs has handled how many gangsters, and an old woman with a shotgun and dementia gets away?
